These Terms govern your use of Creaswipe(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

What the Service does

Creaswipe analyzes short-form video content — your own connected accounts and publicly available creator profiles — and presents insights such as performance stats and hook breakdowns.

Not affiliated with the platforms

Creaswipe is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, or Google. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We process only publicly available data and data you authorize us to access.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 to use the Service. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service for anything illegal.
• Don’t resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service, or try to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Don’t use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm anyone.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

Free usage

We offer a limited number of free breakdowns to try the Service. Free usage is subject to fair-use limits, which we may adjust.

Plans, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• Prices may change; we’ll give notice of any changes.

Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party platforms and their APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms, and features may change or break if a platform changes its rules or access.

Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content (excluding third-party data). You keep ownership of your own content and accounts.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee any particular results, growth, or accuracy of insights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creaswipe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use means you accept them.
