• Connected accounts— when you connect your own TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube accounts, we access analytics data through the platforms’ official APIs, with your permission, to show you your own insights.
• Public creator data — when you analyze another creator, we process publicly available information about that public profile and its content.
• Usage & technical data — basic logs and a salted, hashed version of your IP address, used solely for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To generate the insights and breakdowns you request.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and excessive use of free features.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate with you about your account and support.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies — for example, to remember your currency preference and to enforce free-usage limits. These are necessary for the Service to work and are not used for advertising. If we add analytics that require consent, we will ask for it.
